Ordered some flowers at 9.30am and had them delivered by 10.30am - just in time for morning tea presentation. Appreciate the prompt service and the price was very reasonable.

"Aren't you in business?" I asked. Never again!

Bunch of flowers dumped at entrance of high rise building on a Saturday and stayed there until Monday morning when a kind soul noticed them and notified us. When we called the florist for an explanation, a rude and unapologetic woman replied the receiver mobile number was not provided and driver was unable to access apartment floor!
How about not dumping the flowers at the entrance and maybe trying to ring the apartment bell, or neighbors bell? Or calling building manager mobile number clearly visible at entrance and asking for assistance in delivering the flowers?
There is nothing worse than receiving dead flowers! Highly recommended if you want to cheese someone off, or if you want to send dead threats to your worse enemy! Lucky for this florist I have to work out how to attach photos to this review.
