  Clean rooms and facilities, definitely get a good night sleep without hearing the showers at 10pm or woken by doors slamming

  The room was good - comfortable bed, clean and a good size. But I was surprised that their service was bare minimum. Considering other hotels are back up and running like normal, they had no room service (which is fine if you tell me that rather than just no one turn up, and also please give me 3 nights worth of towels and toiletry items if you aren’t going to replace them as one tiny body wash doesn’t last 4 days). Reception also closed at 3pm with no way of contacting anyone (except for an emergency) which isn’t idea if you need something like more toilet paper! Disappointed by the service. But the room and hotel was nice and a good price.

  Welcoming and professional staff! The room is comfortable where I am and it was really easy to check in and find everything. I had the best rest during my stay - slept through the night. Would recommend to fellow travellers on work trips and executive assistants who are looking to book a short and long stay for visitors to impress

  We booked for a 1 bedroom serviced unit but were provided with a studio apartment. When we questioned reception they insisted it was a 1 bedroom big studio unit. When we went to use the wash basin it would not drain. Reception advised no service available till the next day so we could not use the bathroom sink to wash our faces etc. Reception staff were not very helpful at all

  Loved my stay here! The 1 bedroom apartment was clean, well furnished and spacious! Air-conditioning was cold and there was 2 units of them. The bathroom was large and clean and had a washer and dryer. The kitchen was well equipped. Next time perhaps I will ask a room that's not facing the building next door for more privacy. Parking was free too if you can find a spot.

  Very nice new rooms, full breakfast at 7:30 was already cold and no bacon or sausage. Just cherios and eggs.
